Who we are
OrlandoGuide (Vyvy) is operated by DNA Technology, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We are not affiliated with any theme park operator.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number and language. Profiles you write for your group: first name, age band, height in cm and notes such as fears or needs. Your messages with the guide, in every channel. Your latest location, only if you share it. What you bought and for how much. We store an age band and never a date of birth.
Why we collect it
To plan your day, to answer you, to know which rides fit each person, and to keep an accounting record of what you paid. Nothing here is sold to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Account, group profiles and message history: while your account exists. Voice notes: deleted 24 hours after they are transcribed, the text stays. Precise location: deleted 24 hours after your trip ends, and we only ever store your latest position, never a history. Payment event records: 90 days. Orders: kept indefinitely because accounting requires it. Anonymous ride wait measurements are not personal data and are kept indefinitely.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes payment and we never see your card. Meta carries WhatsApp messages. Twilio carries calls and SMS. A model provider processes message text to write the replies. A hosting provider stores the database. Each one sees only what its job needs.
Children
The guide addresses adults. It never asks a child questions and children do not chat with it directly. We store an age band for a child, entered by the adult, so the plan skips rides they are too small for.
Your choices
You can change your language and your group at any time in the portal. You can ask us to delete your data from the portal or by email, and we reply within 30 days saying what was deleted and which accounting records we must keep.
Location, said plainly
Sharing your position is per person and off until you turn it on. We keep the latest pin and nothing else. There is no location history table to leak.
